I am not trying to Bamboozle You!! Let me explicate and provide you with an epexegesis to prove myself. Let's consider the numbers in the Decimal system (DEC): 0 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 . The first ten digits are called the Decimal System. When we reach the last digit 9 of our ten digits, we tend to take the second digit 1 in the list and write each number from 0 to 9 after it. Hence, we get, 10 11 12 13 14 15 16 17 18 19. We have to stop again because we have used the 1 and the 9.
